Ivy Gate riders compete at all levels - from AA-rated shows in and around California - to local, and regional shows closer to home.

However, it's not just about the horse shows! Everyone enjoys their riding lessons and the many friends they meet at Ivy Gate.

Our Adult Amateur group has a great time participating at all levels of riding and showing also. Many enjoy the beautiful bridle paths up in the hills surrounding Tar Farms....  and the barn parties are lots of fun too!

Full Training - $675/mo.

• Unlimited trainer rides as needed
• 3 Lessons per week
• Full grooming service available
• Unlimited turnouts/hand walks
• Holding for vet for shots/worming
• We have many different therapeutic devices including Centurion magnetic blankets, and hoof pads, and Game Ready machines available for all horses in full training.

Care Program - $450/mo.

Feed Program

• Lunch - $110/mo.
  (orchard grass hay & alfalfa)
• Supplements - $35
  (Smart Paksprovided by owner)

Show Fees

• Rail fee - $75 (Show Day/Non-Show Day with lesson)
  $50 (Non-Show Day with trainer ride, but no lesson)

Riding Academy

• Membership fee to join is $50
• Evaluation ride is complimentary with membership fee
• Beginner lessons are $275 for 4 private lessons
• Monthly rates (intermediate/advanced group lessons)
  • 1 time per week: $225
  • 2 times per week: $450
• Private intermediate/advanced lessons $85 each

*All lessons are one (1) hour; includes tacking up.
*Monthly rates are based on an average of 4 lessons per month NO extra charge for months with 5 weeks.
